After the Midterms: Elections, Extremism and Disinformation

This timely panel will examine threats to democracy in the U.S. and the risk of political violence in the lead up to, and aftermath, of the midterm elections. We’ve seen a new prominence of extremist candidates, antisemitic and racist rhetoric and rampant disinformation spread online and off. Just two days after the election on November 8, our experts will also weigh in on the danger of extremist threats against election workers, journalists, vulnerable groups of voters, Secretaries of State in several states, law enforcement and other public officials.
