At a time of rising hate and extremism, litigation can serve as a powerful tool to ensure accountability and deter future harm. Join experts for a conversation regarding how ADL, leading civil rights organizations, government agencies, and courageous litigants are using civil litigation to disrupt extremist activity and protect democracy. From Charlottesville to January 6, we will discuss the importance of litigating against antisemitism and hate to bring about much needed change.
