Director, Strategic Partnerships and Special Programs
Julian Voloj was born in Germany to Colombian parents. He was vice president of the Union of Jewish Students in Germany, and later executive director of the European Union of Jewish Students in Brussels. In that role, he has worked on a number of educational and leadership initiatives for campus students across Europe. In New York, he has worked for a number of organizations including the Museum of Jewish Heritage, where he created the museum’s resource center, initiated the fellowship program of the Legacy Heritage Fund, and worked as regional specialist for Europe and Latin America at the Join Distribution Committee. As Be’chol Lashon’s Director of Strategic Partnerships and Special Programs he works with students, faculty, and professionals to bring diverse Jewish voices to college campuses around New York City, to ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment.
